Future Leaders Forum participants are selected from worldwide chapters of The First Tee through an application process. An initiative of the World Golf Foundation, The First Tee gives young people of all backgrounds an opportunity to develop, through golf and character education, life-enhancing values such as honesty, integrity and sportsmanship.
