About Future Leaders Forum

You’re in high school and perhaps wondering what you want to be when you grow up. We can help! The Toro Company and Walt Disney World Resort have partnered with The First Tee to create a unique and exciting educational program for young individuals across the world.

Each year, 50 high school students from worldwide Chapters of The First Tee are selected to participate in the Future Leaders Forum at Walt Disney World Resort.This year's event takes place on November 6-9, 2008. For three days, these future leaders will participate in interactive sessions aimed at strengthening leadership skills, college preparation, and the many exciting career opportunities in and outside the game of golf.

This program is among the most intense training sessions available for participants of The First Tee. It includes an immersion in the sport, business and science of golf, as well as providing character education to help prepare students to be tomorrow’s leaders.
